What the data actually separates

Country and price separate outcomes far more than discipline does. A data-science master's is the better fit if the coursework is genuinely statistical and that is the work you want — but check whether it assumes a mathematics background you do not have.

The failure mode to avoid is picking the label that sounds more employable this year. Programme quality, cost and the destination job market will still be deciding your outcome long after the label has gone out of fashion.
