What you're paying for

The full report unlock - ₹999 (Complete MS Decision Report, a full year of second opinions with 10 full re-runs included) - is a one-time payment for instant access to your full set of program matches, ROI breakdown, and risk analysis, plus a personal access link and PDF download. It is the only paid product; there is no subscription, no consultation to book, and nothing further is charged. Reports bought before 27 August 2026 under the earlier tiers keep the access they were sold. Entered the wrong CGPA or got a new GRE score? That's what second opinions are for - edit your answers and re-run at no extra cost, which is why data-entry mistakes alone don't qualify for a refund.

Refund eligibility

Because the report is delivered instantly and digitally, refund requests are considered case by case rather than guaranteed. We will issue a full refund if:

- the payment was charged but the full report never unlocked due to a technical error on our end, or

- you request a refund within 24 hours of payment and have not viewed the unlocked report.

Being straight with you about what that second condition means in practice: the report unlocks instantly and its whole value is visible the moment you open it, so once you've read it we generally cannot refund it. That is the standard position for digital products delivered on payment, and we would rather state it plainly here than let you discover it in an email later. If something has genuinely gone wrong, write to us anyway and we will look at it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@truthpathms.com with the email address used at checkout and your payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Since this is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing, there's nothing to cancel - a refund request is the only relevant action.
