Refund & Cancellation Policy

What you're paying for

The Complete MS Decision Report is a one-time payment of ₹999. It includes every programme scored against your profile, cost and payback for each one with its sources, risk flags, your consultant question sheet, a full year of second opinions (10 full re-runs), and a PDF plus a personal link. There is no subscription and nothing else is ever charged.

7-day refund, no questions asked

Within 7 days of your payment, email hello@truthpathms.com from the email address you paid with, or include your payment ID. You don't need to give a reason, and you don't need to have avoided opening the report.

If you want to tell us what the report got wrong, we would really value it. It's optional and it never affects your refund.

We start the refund within 2 business days of your email. It goes back to your original payment method, and your bank usually takes 5-7 business days to show it. Once the refund is processed, your personal report link and remaining re-runs stop working.

One refund per person: if you buy the report again later, the second purchase is not covered by this 7-day refund.

If something broke on our side

If you were charged and the report didn't unlock, or you were charged twice, we refund it at any time, not only within the 7 days.

After 7 days

If your profile changes (a new GRE score, a different budget), use your included re-runs at no extra cost. If you think a number in your report is wrong, write to us anyway and we will check it against its source.

Cancellations

It's a one-time payment with no recurring billing, so there's nothing to cancel.
